Melrose Youth Football and Cheer would like to congratulate Will Ryan and Lizzie Kenney (not pictured) for being the recipients of our 2024 Diane R Pietrantonio MYFC Scholarship. They came up through our program and continued their football and cheer careers at Melrose High School. We want to wish both Will and Lizzie good luck next year and know you will always be a part of our program.

The registration fee for football and cheerleading is listed below:

• 7th and 8th grade football or cheer – $155
• 5th and 6th grade football or cheer – $155
• 3rd and 4th grade football or cheer – $155
• 1st and 2nd grade cheer – $155
• 1st and 2nd grade football (Flag) – $80

The maximum per family cost is capped at $310 per family.

There is a 20% discount for early registration which ends on March 31st 2023.

2023 Important Dates:

• Mandatory Football and Cheer Practice begins on Monday August 7th  6pm – 8pm at the Roosevelt School Field
• Equipment Turn Out -Saturday August 12th –  280 E Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176, The Fire House starting at 9am
• Games are every Sunday starting September 10th
• Picture Day Sunday September 24th
• Oct 7th – First Cheer Comp
• Football Playoffs, if qualified, November 12th and November 19th
